The hotel is in a perfect location near the train station. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety including some delicious coffee. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Venice.

I recently stayed at a lovely boutique hotel in Venice for a few days. The location was perfect, right by the canal and within walking distance of the railway station, Piazzale Roma, and vaporetti rides. The breakfast area had a stunning view of a quintessential Venezian scene. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations for things to do in the city. They even arranged a boat trip to a Murano glass factory, which I highly recommend. The rooms were smart, clean, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel also surprised us with a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the coffee is top-notch. the hotel provides excellent service and a convenient location for exploring the city.

One negative aspect is that the upgrade to a canal view room comes with an extra charge, which may not be worth it as the windows in the room are small and don't provide the best view of the canal.

The shower was a bit small, but that's a minor inconvenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Venice!

This hotel had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
